The link email sent to the customer is not clickable

Hi,
I installed your plugin to track shipments to my site
I use Israel Post, the problem is that the link sent to the customer for follow-up leads to the site in English instead of Hebrew.
This is the tracking link found in the plugin

Instead when I try to put a custom link
https://mypost.israelpost.co.il/itemtrace_he?itemcode=
(the same link that only leads to the Hebrew language)
The link then the email sent to the customer the link is not clickable
