the key is not generated if the product is downloadable

Hello there,

I came across some problem. When i have normal product with key generator it works normally. When i select product as “downloadable”, then keys stop deliver and shows only empty space. I need to have product with download. Can you please fix this problem? Thanks

Can you please share a screenshot of the downloadable page screen or if possible please create a video of the complete scenario.

Hello again,

Sorry for late response. I did few screenshots to explain what is happening.
First set of screenshots shows product page with downloadable selected and finished order without generated license. Also i need to say we have subscription product but i dont think it plays role in this problem since it appears only for downloadable prodcut

You can clearly see there is problem only when product is set to downloadable. If you want to see it on video anyways or need access to our page we can provide you more info.

The product is a subscription and our free version doesn’t support subscription products. We will still look into this why isn’t this working.

IS there any premium version that supports that? I tried to replicate this problem without subscription plugin and its still same. Its about donwloadable option not about subscription

@lamas525 At the moment there is no premium version, we are working on major updates of our plugin and we will release a new version with better features soon.
