    Hey marfilag,

Sorry to hear your having these issues. Its certainly not due to the free theme. I wouldn’t expect anyone to purchase a theme if the free one didn’t work first.

Unfortunately, like in fredericlalonde’s case, I’m unable to replicate this issue on my end.

    *EDIT*

On closer inspection, I would say that it has everything to do with the names in your labels. As a test, are you able to remove any “special/feign/accent” characters and try again. I have a feeling this is what is breaking the script and something that I will definitely look into if it is that.

Hi, I performed the tests and everything was solved when I removed the only special character that was in the field “Descripción del Servicio”…

Even with the update to version 1.1.5 there was a problem in the “backend”. The content of “Invoice Setting” was moved to the right about 900px. But all worked out since removed the special character (ó).

If you end up finding what is wrong please let me know.

Thank you very much for your attention.

    P. D. How can I do to have a custom template? The price would be similar to the themes that have already available? The template looks like this: http://screencast.com/t/KjQrxXFPj

    Thank you.

    Hey Marfilag,

Ok, I believe I do know a fix to this. That fix was not present in 1.1.5, sorry.

Regarding a custom template, they are billed at an hourly rate as it is a specific theme for your own use. The themes that are purchasable on the site are that price due to the fact that they are not modified per purchase.

Please contact me via the email address listed in the help tab of the invoice king pro settings area for further information if you are still interested.

I’ll let you know when the fix for your issue is released.

    Marfilag,

Attempted to replicate and couldn’t: http://www.screencast.com/t/jfQ2eQenRTtQ

Do you insert that character into your system differently? I copy and pasted the character from your post on here.

    Marfilag,

Are you still able to replicate this issue so I could potentially fix this?

    Hello,

I’m very sorry for the delay.

I inserted the character as I put it here (ó)…

I also did tests trying to place “the accentuation” in this way “ó” and there were no problems with the generation of the PDF file, but the html code is not transformed into the desired character (ó).

Note that my wordpress is also in Spanish, I don’t know if that will help you to replicate exactly the case. Right now I’m using 3.9.1 WP version.

P.D. About the custom template, I didn’t find your email, so I’ll write you through the contact section of the plugins page.

    Hey marfilag,

I can safely say that the HTML coded character wont render in that scenario (and definitely not in the PDF) so thats not really an option.

Your best option is to either omit the character completely (which may or maynot be an option) or work out why its not behaving like it should for you (as I can’t replicate it with the same character.

You could be right in that it might have something to do with the language setting. Do you have access to an english version of WordPress you could test the theory on? I’d test the spanish version, but then I’d be unable to tell whats going on as I can’t read it 😉

Let me know how you go
