The installer.php gets corrupted or bad encoded.

Good day, can you point me in the right direction please?, the duplicator packages from the last version 1.2.18 have started showing only strange characters in its contents.

They cannot be readed nor for my localhost nor from an apache or ngix server.
I even tried to open the installer.php in a text editor and they seem unreadable, i could open a file from a package i saved from last week and seemed ok, but this week installer.php seems corrupted each time i create a new package any thoughts about whats causing this?

no conten in error log was created in the server since the installer.php isn’t executed, the log in the tools sections seems ok:
