the install Theme is not give me complete

    I go to the run “Appearence” and “Install Themes” and run “upload”. I find the .zip file in my download directory on my PC and then run “install now”. It runs for 10 minutes and 30 minutes but not give me message finish install .

    What is wrong with this thing? Please help me — thanks!

    There may be a configuration problem with the server your site is hosted on.

    Can you try installing plugins & themes using an FTP client app such as filezilla to upload the unzipped theme to wp-content/themes, and plugins to wp-content/plugins

    i try in windos 7 is work but here in windos 10 is now work i hope help wordpress team ?
