    Hi @slcreations,

    Thank you for contacting us.

It looks like the mobile image logo may be having a conflict with lazy load. I do see the Fusion builder also has a lazy load feature as it’s adding a lazy load class to the element. Can you verify to make sure only Smush lazy load feature is enabled and the rest are turned off?

You may also try to exclude the mobile logo from being lazy load by going to Smush > Lazy load > include/exclude > classes & ID and then add the class ID pertaining to the image logo which should be “.wp-image-3338″(with the dot in front).

Let us know how it goes.

    Best,

Thank you so much Jonathan for a quick reply, I put of lazy load in avada, now the logo is showing. i don’t know how to do this Smush > Lazy load > include/exclude > classes & ID and then add the class ID pertaining to the image logo which should be “.wp-image-3338″

Also after resizing all the images the events menu has 3 images they show on mobile but have disappeared on desktop.

Thank you once again, if you could show me how to exclude I will learn something new.

    God Bless

    Hi @slcreations,

If the logo is now loading then there’s no need to exclude it further from Lazy Load.
All you would need to do is to add your img tag class inside Smush > Dashboard > Lazy Load panel like this:
    https://i.imgur.com/yJ6DNVZ.png

Can you try adding this to Lazy Load exclusions and see if they load after that?

    .wp-image-3782
    .wp-image-3781
    .wp-image-3780

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    HI @slcreations,

I’m sorry, I’m lost with what exactly you are looking to achieve here. Enabling the same lazyload features via different plugins or theme can cause conflicts. So you’ll have to either disable Lazyload in Avada and enable it in Smush or vice versa.

As stated by our team in the previous reply, if deactivating lazyload in Avada resolves the issue then you don’t need to exclude the images from Lazyload in Smush.

If I’m missing out on anything specific regarding this then please advise. I checked the website and at the moment the logo does load fine on the Desktop without any issue, have you resolved the issue?

However, the class to exclude for the logo would be:
    .wp-image-3337

Please do check and let us know if you have any further query. Have a nice day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi @slcreations

Can you try the native Lazy Load in Smush > Lazy Load > Enable the native lazy load?

    Hi @slcreations,

Apologies for not following up here sooner, we had some issues with email notifications and your ticket unfortunately got missed 🙁

Do you still have issues on Edge and Firefox?

If you do, can you take a short video of the issue and how it looks on your end and share it here so we can check it out further?

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Hi @slcreations,

Sorry to hear the issue is still there, could you use a tool like Monosnap or ShareX and take a video of how the issue looks on your end?
Upload that to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and share the download link here so we can check it out.

    Thank you,
