Hello, the images do not change to .webp format, my configuration is as follows:
    Use tags (preferably)

When optimizing and looking at my site with the browser inspector, I notice that the image is still showing as a .jpe

I have tested it by opening another tab in the browser and entering the path of the image and adding .webp (path.jpg.webp) and it shows the image, but as I indicate on the page, it shows it only as .jpg

Note: I use Cloudflare, does it have anything to do with it?
In the part: If you use a CDN, specify the URL:
    I don’t know what to put…

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Imagify can work with free version of Cloudflare. When using Cloudflare then you need to choose the picture tags to display your WebP images as the rewrite rules way might not work well.

If you use Cloudflare Free or Pro ($20 per month) plan, there is no need to add anything in CDN URL field through Settings > Imagify. This is because Cloudflare (all plans below Business) does not offer custom CNAME Setup, which means your images’ paths will stay the same as before setting it up.

After you have created the WebP versions of your images and you have enabled the above display WebP option then on the following link you can see how to check if WebP is displayed on your site https://imagify.io/documentation/how-to-check-if-webp-image-is-displayed-on-your-site/

There are a few reasons why Next-Gen formats will not be displayed using picture tags:

    – background images added via CSS
    – there is no Next-Gen format generated
    – page element HTML is loaded after Imagify looks for the source code to apply Next-Gen markup
    – images are external

Let me know if you need further assistance.

    1. I use free Cloudflare
    2. I have it configured – Use tags (preferably)
    3. I have disabled cache

As I indicate, if I place .webp at the end of the image, the image appears, therefore if it is optimized but it is not displayed on the website, it only shows .jpg with the weight with which the image was uploaded.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

Did you verify few reason mentioned why Next-Gen formats will not be displayed using picture tags?

    – background images added via CSS
    – there is no Next-Gen format generated
    – page element HTML is loaded after Imagify looks for the source code to apply Next-Gen markup
    – images are external

If the image is in <img> tag, the <picture> tag will replace it to display WebP.

I have verified everything they indicate and the images still do not show as .webp
The version I use is licensed, but I do not have the email with which the purchase was registered since the plugin was already installed and they do not know this information, now I have to solve so that this works correctly.

As I indicated, I do not have an account, the site already has an active account and I do not know the account, for that reason I make the query from here. How could I solve it if I already verified what you told me.

The image is optimized since if I consult the image adding .webp it can be displayed, but the page continues to show the .jpg image

It is worth mentioning that the plugin is installed on a multisite.

I am using the Elementor “Lood Grid” widget, where I show the products from the store, I think that is where the problem is generated, since I have carried out tests by placing images outside the “Loop Grid” and they load as .webp but the ones in the “Loop Grid” shows them only as .jpg

    Something to do?
