The Grid View of Media Gallery is malfunctioning in Simplified Chinese install.

Hello guys, I am having a really weird problem. When I choose to use the Grid View of the Media Library, the white bar will block the first row of the thumbnails. Everything is working just fine if I switch to List View.

What makes it even more strange is that it acts up like this ONLY when the language of the site is Simplified Chinese. I tried English and Traditional Chinese, both of them have a perfectly normal Grid View of Media Library.

I tried to set up fresh installs of WordPress 4.1 locally and on different hosting environments, but all of them have this exact same problem. Any idea why? If this problem can’t be solved, is there a way to hide the Grid View completely so my clients won’t see it at all?
