    Hi, I’m Raul,
I’m using the HTML Forms to make a multi-step form where the user must upload their images and complete other steps.

All seems correct because We recive the order with all details and the name of those image as well as the user recieve the confirmation but the problem is that we can’t see the image nor download it. I’m looking for the images searching by the name in Filezilla but I don’t find anything.

I hope that you can help me.

    Thanks

    Hey Rahul,

Thank you for using our plugin.

Can you please enable WP Debug and then test again. After testing check if any errors are logged related to the plugin and then share it with us.
