The Follower Count is Wrong

Hello,
We have been using the Google+ widget on our blog posts. The follower count on the blog is different from the number on the G+ page. Not sure which is correct. Looks like a sync issue.
Example:
– Blog article with widget http://bit.ly/Mini-Snacks1 (23 followers)
– Google+ Page: http://bit.ly/UW-GP (10 followers)

Appreciate a quick fix for this issue.
