The feed stopped loading. They are still being displayed.

    The feeds show up, but one day it stopped loading the feeds. For some reason it has not worked for the past 24 weeks. Until then, the feeds were loading as normal.

    I have tried reconnecting my account, completely deleting and reinstalling plugins, deleting the cache, etc., but no change. Current WordPress is 6.4.1 , plugin is the latest version.
    I would like to know why it suddenly stopped loading.
    I would also like to know how to solve this problem.

    Hey @akiueda,

    Thank you for sending in the support request. I will answer here for any other users looking for answers as well as your support ticket. I took a look at it here and I can see two things:

    • You have a Basic (Personal) Instagram account connected as your source
    • The connected Instagram account has exclusively been making collaboration posts for a long time. This is likely when you started seeing the feed not update.

    To be able to show collaboration posts, you need to connect the account as a Business Profile. Otherwise, the Instagram API simply does not let us know these posts exist and we can not show them. Please set up the account connection as per our instructions in the link above and connect it as your source instead of the basic connection. You will then be able to show these Collab posts since they are posted on this account. Note that collab posts made on another account will still not show, however, that did not seem to be the case here.
