I have the same error :
first : “Favorites list successfully cleared.”
but immediately after I have this error with a previous ajax error 500 :
“There was an error updating the list.”

Same here… also when adding a post to favourite list.
– favorites.js?ver=2.2.0:787 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘posts’ of undefined
– POST http://domain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)
– There was an error updating the list.
A read some people went back to version 2.1.6 but I would rather use/fix the latest version. 🙂
Same here, when i press the button the page does not refresh, and i have to do it mannually so the posts are not visible anymore. Any ajax solution?

Same issue here. Click “Clear Favorites” and nothing happens.
I refresh the page and the list is cleared out.

Any possibility of support with this issue?

No fix here. I even went back to version 2.1.6 but this is also not working for me. Maybe this is because of my multisite setup.

Fixes multisite issue where favorites were not being retrieved correctly.
I went back to 2.2.0 but nothing is working. I cannot even ‘add to favorites’. My guess is an Ajax related problem.
The last reply from the author was 4 months ago so I guess his very busy, unfortunately.
Here the problem is solved! Working great again. Favorites V. 2.3.1 and WordPress 5.0.3
