The Example Cost Quote Template Fails to appear or load

Using version 3.0.11.

If you go to …

https://mywebsitename.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=zbs-add-edit&action=edit&zbstype=quotetemplate&zbsid=1

And then click on ” Example Cost Quote (Default Template) ”

The error message says, ” There was an error loading this Quote Template “.

I even DE-activated all of my other plugins and received the same issue.
