The Events is not correctly translated

Hello,

I install the Events calendar. When I go on loco translate it says that the extension is full translated in french.

But when I go on the events pages, somes words still in english “Today”, “List” , “Month”, “Day”

So, is it a bug or can I translate them by another system than loco translate ?

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Could you please re-sync The Events Calendar file on Loco Translate to retrieve the new strings? Sometimes, you’d have to manually look up the strings you’d like to translate to make sure they’re already covered.

Alternatively, you could follow this guide on how to manually translate strings without using a plugin.

Please let us know if the problem persists.

hello,

i check the french file for the Wotds and there are correctly translated.

that’s why i don’t understand What happens.

i go to thé guide. But please try to your side. Because i think there is a bug.

Hi,

i follow th guide. But I install a plugin “Code snippets”. I add the php and make my modification and it works fine.

But I don’t understand why the translation by loco translate doesn’t work

It could be a version incompatibility between Loco translate and The Events Calendar.

Could you provide the version of the following? This will help me understand how your system is set up.
- PHP
- WordPress
- The Events Calendar
- Theme

PHP 7.3

WordPress: Version actuelle : 6.1.1

Events : I don’t have the version but insalled since 2 weeks

Theme : Chic Lite

Hi @lilipilon95, we’ve fixed a similar issue #TEC-4485 before released in v6.0.4 and should be working with the latest version as well. Could you double check if you’re using above v6.0.4? If not would be good to update it to the latest version.
