The Events Calendar v5.16.2 broke the date picker

Now when you create an event you have to type in the date. The calendar picker does not show up.

Entering date by hand not working either, any day value greater than 10 is being reverted to 01/02/03 etc. when field loses focus, very, very weird, but definitely repeatable.

Thank you for also confirming this is also affecting ACF’s datepicker field type (so the issue here is impacting more than just The Events Calendar.)
Also, I can confirm that rolling back to 5.16.1.1 has it back to working as expected in ACF as well.
Aaaaaaaaand the fix is finally alive!
We’ve just released the Events Calendar 5.16.2.1 fixing the conflict with our datepicker.
Please update your Events Calendar plugin to apply that to your site.

AbzHad to revert to 5.16.1.1 after updating to 5.16.2.1 because the datepicker was still conflicting with ACF Pro datepicker. Another user also reports conflict with a different plugin. See here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/datepicker-still-breaks-with-5-16-2-1/
Hi @mantoniosaa, sorry to hear that it didn’t work on your end, and it is still conflicting with ACF Pro. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we’d try to replicate the issue. For now please do revert to the last working version.

AbzHi @mantoniosaa, we just released a new version of the plugin 5.16.3.1. Could you try updating the plugin and see if the issue still persists? As always, to be safe please try it on a staging site, and please keep a working backup of your website.

AbzI was involved with another thread and completely forgot about this one. Updating to v5.16.3.1 resolves the datepicker issue.
