Unfortunately I can’t do much without seeing the issue live. Can you re-enable our plugin so I can see if there are any script errors or can you re-enable and see if there are any script errors and take a screenshot or paste what they are here?

Thanks for getting back to me. I can’t get access to my account – I have a license. I’ve sent two messages (yesterday and two weeks ago) using the contact form on the Modern Tribe website giving my licence and order details and no-one has replied to me. What WordPress login am I supposed to be using for it? I’m totally willing to show what the error looks like, and reactivate both the pro and regular plugin but right now I can’t get onto the forum (hence using this…)
