The Events Calendar PRO stops my slider from displaying images

    I bought the premium version of this plugin a few weeks ago and it clashed with the slider I use for this site http://www.citizensuk.org. The slider stops displaying at all if I activate both the premium and the normal Events Calendar plugin. I’ve been trying to contact the makers to get access to my account but haven’t got any response.

    Is there any chance the designers, if they respond to support requests on here, could show what I can do to make it stop clashing? I want to use the plugin but am unable to right now because of this problem.

    If you have a Pro license, you should post this question to the Pro forums: http://tri.be/support/forums/

    Unfortunately I can’t do much without seeing the issue live. Can you re-enable our plugin so I can see if there are any script errors or can you re-enable and see if there are any script errors and take a screenshot or paste what they are here?

    Thanks for getting back to me. I can’t get access to my account – I have a license. I’ve sent two messages (yesterday and two weeks ago) using the contact form on the Modern Tribe website giving my licence and order details and no-one has replied to me. What WordPress login am I supposed to be using for it? I’m totally willing to show what the error looks like, and reactivate both the pro and regular plugin but right now I can’t get onto the forum (hence using this…)

    Hi Zakia,

    Have you tried the Forgot Password link on the account login screen? If that doesn’t help, please email us again @ pro [at] tri [dot] be and Leah will help you out.
