[The Events Calendar plug-in] Problem getting it to show up.

I been having some issues getting The Events Calendar Plugin to work.
This is what I’ve gotten to work this far: http://www.monsterwheellaboratories.com/grandprix/events

All I want to do now is have the actual calendar show up and list view so I can toggle between them.

If anyone could be of some assistance it would be greatly appreciated.
