    Hello,

For more than a year I have been using The Event Calendar (Pro) and Event Ticket Plus without problems. Now however when I activate the plugin it creates a blank page on my website. I deactivated the plugin, removed it, reinstalled it, removed contents from my page but still it is not working whenever I activate the plugin.

The theme I use is enfold.

Could anyone help me to solve this problem? I would love to extend subscription but I’m holding on to it now untill I know how to solve this problem.

    Thanks

    Jan

Looking at the amount of replies to other posts. Is there still support available on this plugin?

    Hey @jwprince,

First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual.

Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.

    Thank you for reaching out.

Based on the fact that you are using the Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus, I wonder if you are still an active premium license holder?

If you are, I would recommend using our premium forums to get faster support: https://theeventscalendar.com/help-desk/

If your premium licenses have expired, you might be running into a compatibility issue between our free plugins and your premium plugins.

You see, after one year, when your license expires, the plugins will still work if you do not choose to renew. But, you will need to “freeze” your the Events Calendar related plugins to the version available at the time of your last update (all of them).

Can you tell me if the site works when you do not activate the premium version of our plugins (just the free ones)?

Another possibility, is that you might be running into a theme compatibility issue. Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if that helps.

Let us know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.
