When / after which action did your page get frozen? What do you mean exactly with “frozen”?
Are you able to reproduce the issue on a test instance?
I see you also have not yet contacted our support, so we did not have the chance to resolve the issue 😞
From the free version. I freshly installed, accepted the terms of the free version and clicked options one by one, then it froze.
I mean the page took forever to load. I kept having page loads.

Ok, I think your ad blocker has “frozen” the website. Can you please try to deactivate the ad blocker for your website and check if you can open the dashboard of Real Cookie Banner?
