• After submitting the form as a popup, it takes a long time to load (I’ve hidden the popup in the meantime). And I get this error message : Response {type: ‘basic’, url: ‘NAMESITE/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/26428/feedback’, redirected: false, status: 503, ok: false, …}

    The email ends up being sent after a very long time. How can I fix this? I’ve seen it happen to someone else, and it worked itself out, but not me.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your feedback!

    I had put a JS code to close the popup and let the system run in the background. But I still have an error in the console, the email sends well but it takes a very long time (yet I had already tested the plugin 2 months ago and I had not had this problem).

    I’ll remove the JS code that closes the popup so you can see the blocking better. Click on the button and you’ll see the form running in a loop without the JS.

    Why do I have to create another ticket somewhere else? It’s also good if someone has the same problem that they know how to solve it. Have you seen the problem?

    Hello @doodot,

    I understand your concern. I’ve already checked my demo server but haven’t been able to replicate the issue. To ensure that it’s addressed quickly, I’ll be reviewing all active plugins and resolving the issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, creating a ticket will help track and document the issue more efficiently, which can also assist others facing the same problem.
