the editor for authors?

    The default TinyMCE editor in WordPress is enabled for everybody. If authors on your site don’t see it, this is probably controlled by a plugin.

    TinyMCE Advanced doesn’t look at who is using particular editor (for now). If the default editor is shown, it will load your settings/changes.
