The easier way to upgrade to 2.0.4 with Mark’s changed files list

Upgrading my WP installs to from 2.0.3 to 2.0.4 would have been so much easier if I knew aobut Mark’s list of files that changed! With this list, it’s not neccessary to upload a million unchanged files over-and-over again.
Next time I’ll check his site. Why isn’t this info included in the Codex or intructions when an Upgrade is released?
