Could you check in your console if you’re getting any errors? Please also check your PHP logs for relevant errors.

    Hello Daan,

Appreciate your prompt reply. Do you have any guide on how to check those two?

    Thanks

Since PHP logs are located in different locations, differing per server, I don’t know. You could check your hosting provider’s documentation.

Your console is opened by pressing F12. Open that, click ‘Download’ and see if any errors appear.

    Hi Daan,

I have downloaded and generated the stylesheet as pee instructions. And then clicked the remove google font button and then saved the setting.
    But i got this error.

    Duplicate column preload,
    Duplicate column local
Table xxx wpchaos_webfonts does not exist
Table xxx wpchaos_webfonts_subsets does not exist

I think i do have some similar codes somewhere else. What do you think?

Ok, so apparently the upgrade didn’t go well in some previous version. Are you running the latest version?

    Could you try the following:

    1. Open your wp_options table and remove the row called omgf_db_version
    2. Reload any page in your administrator area.

    Does it work now?

The files are removed? Are you using WP Super Cache ny any chance? Some caching plugins empty the entire wp-content/cache folder when flushing the cache, if so, move OMGF’s cache folder outside the wp-content/cache folder, e.g. wp-content/omgf-webfonts, instead of wp-content/cache/omgf-webfonts.

    Daan,

Yesterday my website got crashed and i have to restore it from my backup folder and then this happened. I tried to deactivate omgf and this doesn’t resolve.

Ok, so then apparently the cache-folder isn’t included in your backup (which makes sense, they’re dynamically generated files after all). Otherwise the files would be there.

On another note: if you activate/deactive a plugin, ALWAYS flush your caches. Otherwise it’ll still try to load the plugin’s files, even though it’s deactivated.

Just generate the files again with OMGF. That should solve it.
