# The difference between %FULLTEXT% or %RAWTEXT%

 * I have been trying to find an example of each of the following Post Text Formats
   and so far drawn a blank.
 * %FULLTEXT% – Inserts the processed body(text) of the post,
 * %RAWTEXT% – Inserts the body(text) of the post as typed
 * I might be being a bit dim but what actually is the difference?
 * If FULLTEXT processes it what exactly does it do?
 * Any assistance would be appreciated.

 * WordPress processes posts source before displaying it. It applies it’s own internal
   filters as well as all third party filters from themes and other plugins.
 * For example you typed:
 * `<b>Some text</b> [sc id=16]Some Shortcode[/sc]`
 * %RAWTEXT% will post:
 * `<b>Some text</b> [sc id=16]Some Shortcode[/sc]`
 * %FULLTEXT% will post:
 * `<strong>Some text</strong> <div>Shortcode processed text</div>`

   in the text?

 * Yes, img tag will be transferred unless you have a filter that removes it.

 * Sorry to sound dumb again but which method would be best to copy the full post
   including image tags to a VBulletin Forum?
    I am assuming out of the box version
   will be OK? I certainly haven’t added any filters as I wouldn’t know where to
   start.
 * I have learn something here as I was under the impression it was only the feature
   image or first in the post to be copied.
    I have had SNAP Pro since 2013 and 
   never realized it actually did this.

 * I would like to know the same. I can’t get any vbulletin posts to display images
   using [IMG] tags for any of the photos on my WordPress posts.
