The DELETE buttons on Plugins page are missing!

    I decide today to remove the plugin “Revolution Slider”, but after I deactivating it, there was no DELETE button at all.
    What’s wrong with it? So how can I remove this plugin thoroughly?
    Days ago another trouble went with my Plugins page, the button Add New Plugin and Update Plugin was missing, what’s worse the WordPress version update button was gone as well.But I solve it with solution of Missing “Add-New” button under Appearance and Plugins
    Did my database has something wrong?
