• This plugin is a great tool when it works. It worked flawlessly until themeisle took it over.

Now we get a new version nearly every single day (for the last two weeks), and every time I update I have to reauthenticate with Twitter.

Every single time I logon to my wordpress site I see yet another update. Its mad.

Great plugin when it works, and a very important one for me. Just a shame the takeover of the plugin has been handled this way.

    Hi,

I am sorry to hear about this issue, we will investigate and try to find a way to push updates not so often.

Our intention was to be as responsive as possible and fix all issues.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the speedy reply.

I really do appreciate the ongoing effort to fix issues, but its the reauthenticating on a daily basis that makes it a chore.

Would it not be better to do a new release every two weeks / month with a big list of all fixes, instead of applying an update for every single snag you fix?

    Hi,

Honestly, we wasn’t aware that authentification is required after each update, also around 50% of the updates were critical for core functionality.

I will look at a possible solution to avoid this kind of issue in the future.
