The day, hour, minute and second words on the countdown should be translated

I have a website in Spanish and I attemped to use the countdown on the site, yet the fact that the words below the numbers aren’t translated (nor with an option to change them manually) makes it look a bit tacky. While translating the whole plugin may be an issue on its own, I believe that these specific words may already be avaliable for translation in the WordPress core and the plugin may take use of it. Or, at the very least, make an option to manually change it or even an option to don’t display these words at all (may be a bit confusing, but Instagram stories already display these that way).
