The date doesn’t update

    Hi,
    I installed that plugin 6 days ago, and on my website the date still that day the 4th of January and not today. I also think that the weather informations aren’t the good one, it still the same that the day I installed it.
    I didn’t find where to actulize the data. Could you help ?

    Sorry to hear you’ve got a problem.
    Could you just tell me:
    – what is the station type (netatmo, weatherflow, realtime, wu, etc.)
    – the brand/model if it is relevant (ie for clientraw, stickertags and realtime)
    – if the site is in production (and what sort of traffic)
    – if you have warning or errors in events log.

    Hi !

    The station type is OpenWeatherMap.
    I’m not sure about the brand/model. In “Stations” in the last column I have “refresh : 1 week ago”, but I can’t click on arrows to refresh it or more..
    The website is online but with a htaccess to limit the access, because it is almost done, maybe the htaccess is the problem ?
    In events I have 12 lines, all created 1 week ago. I have :
    – Pollution Collector 3.3.4
    – Weather Collector 3.3.4
    – Backend 3.3.4
    – Authentication 3.3.4
    – /!\ Backend 3.3.4
    – /!\ Authentication 3.3.4
    – /!\ Backend 3.3.4
    – /!\ Authentication 3.3.4

    With a restricted access, it is difficult to tell…
    What is sure is: if you have no traffic (or very low traffic) Weather Station will not update values. Actually it is based on the WordPress cron feature which rely on traffic (no traffic = no cron). To fix this, you should use one of these methods: https://weather.station.software/en/how-to-get-up-to-date-weather-data/

    I confirm that having only events older than 1 hour in events log is not a good thing. Have you other WP features that has issue (like publishing at a future date or auto-updates)?

    Hi,
    I tried with the web cron methode, but it still not working.
    I don’t know how to fix it.
    I’m gonna try to delete the restriction on the http to see if it solve something.

    I deleted the restriction and the date update to yesturday the 17th so it may be the restriction.
