    BlogVault saved me 2 times already.

    Once when migrated the whole blog to different domain.

    And second time when OptimizePress stalled resulting in the whole, almost completed page to be wiped out clean (no revisions were saved for some strange reasons).

    There was an error during the blog restoration (one of the files was too big) and suddenly the IM message popped out explaining what has happened and if I need their help. That was a customer support noticing my failed attempt and offering help.

    Everything was sorted withing 30 min (slow FTP on my side).

    I must say you guys have the best customer support I have ever met.
