Hi there @knguyen2011,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Can you tell me more about the error? What image(s) were you trying to process? Does this error appear while working on any type of image?
Can you also check for JavaScript errors? If you’re not sure how to do that, you can follow this guide: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis
I’d like to replicate this at my end, so the more information you can share, the better!
I found something like
https://prnt.sc/SlBQRsAA-w4o
It seemed to support GIF, PNG, BMP.
but here is my gd

Hi @knguyen2011,
Looking at your screenshots I have an assumption that your system use different settings for CLI and FPM.
Do you have a chance to check gd_info()
returns in the browser?
For example, you could install Code Snippets plugin.
Add a new PHP snippet with the following content:
print_r(gd_info());exit;
Choose “Only run once”, then click “Save Changes and Execute Once”.
Hey @knguyen2011,
It’s been one week since this topic was last updated. I’m going to mark this thread as solved. If you have any further questions or need more help, you’re welcome to open another thread here. Cheers!
