The CTA wont open when reload page

    I’m using right now the free version but I will upgrade to Support Agents Add-on if i can fix this issue:
    The first time I load the page the ICON appeared correctly as the CTA as well.

    The next time I reload the page only the ICON worked properly but the Tooltip nor the CTA appeared until I cleared the Browser cache (using Chrome). This is quite annoying and could be a potential issue with my customers.

    Any advice will be appreciated.

    Hello David,
    It’s not that I’m asking for support per se. I’m asking to solve a behavior of the Join.chat plugin.

    the CTA is a standard feature in the free version, that’s why I’m asking about this. Just added the site I’m using the plugin in case you wanted to verify.

    I’m interested in the Support Agents premium add-on, but as I said I would like to see how can I fix this issue first.

    Hola david,

    esta consulta no es sobre un plugin premium ni una característica premium. es algo que me está pasando con el plugin en su versión básica en el que la venta de chat de Llamada a la acción solamente se ve la primera vez que cargas una página.

    Hola @gcorcuera.

    Está explicado en la documentación. Al interactuar con un CTA (cerrar la ventana de chat o abrir WhatsApp) se considera como “visto” y deja de mostrarse automáticamente. Si no, se abriría siempre en cada carga de la pagina siendo muy molesto, sobretodo en móviles.

    Como bien dices, para verlo automáticamente como un visitante nuevo debes borrar caché o visitar la página en modo incógnito. También si cambias el texto del CTA volverá a mostrarse al tratarse de un CTA nuevo.

    muchísimas gracias… eso de cambiar el texto del CTA no aparece en la documentación. Me ha ayudado mucho para hacer las pruebas.

    Hay un tiempo de caducidad para que el CTA vuelva a mostrarse? 1 día o unas horas en caso un usuario sea recurrente?
