Please send me an url and the coupon code to reproduce the issue. To what shipping method is the coupon limited? Any other coupon settings?

The principle of the site is that the user must by 12 bottles of wine too get a 20% discount and free shipping. Upon applying the coupon the message is “The coupon is not valid for the currently selected shipping method.”
If I try to apply it to 11 bottles I get the correct “The minimum quantity of matching products for this coupon is 12.”
The coupon did some to work the first time even though I have no usage restrictions set. I have applied all shipping methods to the coupon.
Below are my settings.

BTW I have also tried just using individual shipping methods and that did not work either.

Please, remove the shipping method restrictions. It’s contradictionary with a free shipping coupon.
