the configuration tabs do not work

    Hello
    since version 13 of the plugin, the tabs are no longer clickable.
    If I click on it it does not access the configuration sections.
    Example:
    functionality, webmaster tools, media, general, etc……
    This is the url of features but the section does not appear 🙁
    admin.php?page=wpseo_dashboard#top#features
