  • I purchased this product because of all the great reviews. As a small business person that maintains my own website, I was hopeful it would be easy to use. However, after trying it I found it convoluted with too many necessary extensions and not as much smooth and easy functionality as compared to other popup plugins. I requested a refund the SAME day. I was told by “Ani” that refunds are not allowed for product dissatisfaction, and not to treat them like “trial ware” because they offer a free/lite version. I searched their homepage for the words “free, trial, and lite” and could find no matches for a free/lite version to download. Now that I know there is a free/lite version, I feel like we are being purposefully misled. I also no longer trust all those positive reviews as I’ve since discovered there is an easier, more attractive popup solution out there. It’s called “Hustle,” and they clearly promote a FREE 30-day trial, have great customer service, and the plugin is super intuitive to use.

    It’s David, the founder of Popup Builder.
    Sorry for the inconvenience, but this review is not describing the situation correctly.
    This is a digital software, that’s why the Refund Policy is strict, as we have no control over the product after it’s downloaded.
    It’s a known fact that the PRO extensions are supposed to work with the Free (core) version of the plugin.
    We do have the Free version on the website, and my colleague Ani has shown you via the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pwuv9a
    We have asked you to cooperate and offered our help several times, but you stated that you are not interested “in learning the tool”.
    Our Team is still ready to help you in case you are ready to cooperate and use our plugin.
