 * Hi [@usearchme](https://wordpress.org/support/users/usearchme/), thanks for seeking
   out our help on this issue.
 * I’m happy to provide you instructions on how to get back in.
 * If you need immediate site access, please use **FTP/SFTP** — or any file manager
   your web host provides via their administration panel. Look inside the** /wp-
   content/plugins/** directory and rename the **wordfence** directory. You should
   be able to login with just your username and password then.
 * Once you have logged in to your WordPress admin, you can name the folder back
   again and remove 2FA and set it up again.
 * If you would like us to have a look at your Wordfence diagnostics report to ensure
   there are no problems with the server clock time, there will be a **SEND REPORT
   BY EMAIL** button at the top of **Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics**. Enter **
   wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com** as the email and **[@usearchme](https://wordpress.org/support/users/usearchme/)**
   as the forum username please.
 * Once you have emailed me the diagnostics report can you reply here to let me
   know that it has been sent. This is important in the unlikely event that your
   installation of WordPress is having an issue with sending mail.
 * Thanks,
 * Peter.
