    This is usually due to sessions save path not correctly set. You will have to ask your host about this. Either that or you have a cache plugin that is not playing nice. Check both.

    I have found that this problem also arises from having the wp-config one level down from the root of the website. If you relocated your wp-config to protect it, move it back to the root of the website and try again.

    At least that was the case with another shopping cart recently to which I was very surprised that was the problem…
