I’ve download the plugin of The Official Facebook Chat Plugin and it works properly on my website, I can see the bubble of messenger icon appear.
But when I use the mobile, both Safari and Chrome can’t appear successfully, how can I solve the issue?

Hi @joeyhsu0317,

It looks like the plugin isn’t showing at all (on any platform) due to the associated Page not being available on Facebook (perhaps the Page is unpublished, or restricted by location?)

It’s not showing up for me, I’m afraid 🙁

Can I ask you to go through the setup process from the beginning again, and let me know if this solves the issue?

I’ve had another look and it seems like the plugin is showing up fine on both desktop and mobile now 🙂
