• The plugin has some potentials and that’s it.
    It is an amateur plugin the most of it’s feautures are not working and the support is awefull.

    I was bought the Business Package (499$) and in every week i had to send a support ticket to wedevs for fixing bugs. The reply i was getting is that i “need to hire a developer to fox the plugins bug or i need a custom development” blah blah blah.

    Finaly i found another multivendor plugin, i change it and now i am happy to report that “i don’t need to hire a developer” because it is light years in front of Dokan.

    To wedevs team — You know have 19.999 customers 😉

    I am really sorry for this unexpected inconveince. Our support staff only tell you to hire a developer when your requested functionality is not avaialble or we are not planning to add it in our plugin.

    Now, would you please share the ticket ID? So, that I can check the tikcet.

    You are in wedevs team you can search all my tickets and find them.I have a business to run and i don’t have time playing cat and mouse with you, sorry.

    Better start developing your plugin to suit the needs of clients instead of asking me to provide you tickets IDs…

    We have checked your ticket and it seems like your review was invalid because, in your ticket, you had confirmed your issue has been resolved-

    Now, if you ask us for a feature which is not available in our plugin then customization is an only suggestion and if this is the original reason of this review then this is really unfortunate for us.

    Yes “all my issues have been resolved”.But you should at least ask “how i resolved my issues” if you cannot read my first review!

    Well the solution was in front of my eyes..
    I decided to throw away Dokan and i bought another multivendor plugin (WCFM) which is light years in front of Dokan and it works perfectly!!!!

    As for the custom development …Every time i asked for support by fixing your bugs (eg subscription expire emails,multimedia in notifications etc) you were telling me that i have to hire a developer for custom blah blah blah….

    I think it is better to stop here this conversation,it is not going anywhere 🙂

    While I do not approve of the review title, this review is feedback and is valid. If you do not want feedback about people who buy then version then don’t upsell your plugin.
