The best tech support

I started w/ Academy pulling my hair out; the online tutorials did not match what I was seeing and the setup process was slow. I submitted a tech support ticket and I’ve rarely encountered tech support this good. Admittedly, i am new, so I was screwing up the basics. Tech support gets back to you usually within 3 or 4 hours. (I’ve seen better, but I can deal with 3 to 4 hours.) They were not understanding my problem, so I made a couple of YouTube videos demonstrating. Things were fixed quickly. In fact, two app updates were issued as a result of my problem. Now that things are fixed, Academy is great! Very happy. In fact, I paid $99 for the proupdate and about 2 weeks later they ran a special for $39. I asked for an adjustment; no problem!! What more can you ask of app developers!
