I was installing a WP plugin from miniOrange for my Discord server and WP gave me an error. It was clearly a WP issue but I didnt know how to solve it. I emailed and called support at miniOrange and spoke to a LIVE PERSON immediately. He made my support issue an IMMEDIATE priority and Ashish emailed me with minutes. Upon reviewing my case, Ashish realized that I needed more help than i thought. He offered to watch my screen and help walk me through EVERY step, not only to fix the problem but to complete my integration.
