    Hello
    i found out that solution to make Dashboard 5000% fastest then befor
    indeed almoust of admin’s doesn’t need admin header

    so you can go to your functions.php in your theme
    and search for

    add_action("admin_head", "_verifyactivate_widgets");

    then replace it with 

    /* 	wassimo to make dashboard faster
	add_action("admin_head", "_verifyactivate_widgets");
*/
