The best and easiest tooltip/text popover I have found so far

I have been looking for nearly a month for an easy-to-use text popover. All I could find before are either too complicated to use (use a shortcode), or include features that I don’t need (glossary). For some reason, I did not find this plugin until now.

This one is so easy to use, so effective. I don’t normally leave a comment, but this time, I must register a WordPress account to leave a 5-star comment.
