    Hi @bsc0227,

    This issue can be caused either by theme/plugin conflict or by caching plugin or server side caching.
    Please try to do a conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with other plugins or your theme. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test.
    If you have any caching plugins or server side caching active on your site, please exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if this helps.
