 * the Visual not working but the Text working fine
    so how to fix this ?
 * I tried another browser and laptop, also reinstall the last version of wordpress
   but nothing change !!! [/b]

 * Your post does not make clear what your exact problem is.
 * WordPress’s native functionality does not include “topics”: it uses posts and
   pages. WordPress also does not use “BBCode”: as the name suggests, BBCode is 
   for bulletin boards – i.e. forum software. If you are having trouble with [shortcodes](http://codex.wordpress.org/Shortcode),
   then you should specify the nature of that trouble.
 * In general, if you have a problem that you would like people to help with, please
   carefully explain what it is and [include as much information as possible](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Include_as_much_information_as_possible).
