The banner option in page builder

    It seems that the only time when i can access the option of a banner is when I create a new page. Is this right? Why can’t I get it when I already have stuff done with page builder?

    Hi there!

    The Banner section should always be present. Can you should be a screenshot of your builder section options? I would like to see what’s going on.

    I can PM login details for website if you want. Not sure how to load a pic on forum.

    Unfortunately, we do not log in to user sites to fix issues. You can take a screenshot, upload it to your site, then paste the link to the image here. We can then take a look.
