I have a few tries that failed after 50 min. I’m not sure if this is due to a server limitation or just a coincidence.

How can I troubleshoot this issue?

  • Hello,

Please could you share the backup log file via pastebin.com? You can find this via the Download most recently modified log file link on the Backup / Restore tab.

I´ve got this error >> You have exceeded the maximum size of 512 kilobytes per Paste.

So I´m sending it here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wwGo5zfznOiwgGTFXvzIh0tmHFWmhMKS/view?usp=sharing

    Hi,

Apologies, can you turn debug off in the settings tab >> show expert settings and then run a backup and post the log using a tool such as pastebin.com

Your archive split is 1048 MB, can you try reducing it back to the default 400 in Settings >> Show expert settings >> split archives every

I adjusted the split setting initially, but unfortunately, it didn’t resolve the issue.

Next, I attempted another approach by excluding the upload folder from the backup, and this time it succeeded.

However, when I included the upload folder again for another attempt, it took 50 minutes to process and ultimately failed.

Although the upload folder’s total size is not large in terms of data volume for 2024 files, the challenge lies in the vast number of files due to numerous photo galleries.

How can I set the backup processo to work on thi scenario?

Can you send the backup log for the process with the Uploads, can you also post your php error log?

Are you using any plugin to manage your Uploads?
