    Hi
    I just installed the plugin.
But the back-end does not seems to be working as it should

    Please see screenshot
    https://prnt.sc/1815i37

    1> First of all
The connect to paypal button is showing as text box which cannot be clicked, rather I can type text there

2> So I decided to set up manually but then the SAVE CHANGES BUTTON WONT WORK.
Nothing happens when I click it

    Hello @ttousif

The screenshot you added to your comment seems to be of the plugin WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway, this forum is intended for WooCommerce PayPal Payments. PayPal Payments is the newest, official PayPal plugin and is in active development, while some older PayPal gateways are slowly being retired.
However, we have had some similar complaints about manual setups of PayPal Payments and believe that currently, the best way is to use the setup wizard (not manually). Possibly you want to install PayPal Payments to get this resolved and follow the wizard.

If you run into any other problems, I am sure they will be documented in other threads (like this one: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/critical-error-211/).

Please try again and let us know if there is anything you would need from us to help you get this resolved. We are working on the issue that currently occurs during the manual setup option.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    I have this plugin installed
    https://prnt.sc/181c5oj

It seems to this plugin only as your details page has the same settings page
    https://ps.w.org/woocommerce-paypal-payments/assets/screenshot-5.jpg?rev=2400438

The setings page url is something like this ( isn’t this the same plugin ? )
    wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout&section=ppcp-gateway

yes, you are right, this is our plugin. My apologies for that.
Did you try to follow the instruction of the other thread? I still believe this is the same issue a reported there.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello @ttousif

I was just talking with a colleague of mine on this case and was informed this might not be related to the known issue, so the course of action should probably be different:
Since you do not have the Wizard connect button in the first place this might be a plugin conflict. What we would advise you to do is to disable all other plugins except for Woo and PayPal Payments (especially all other PayPal plugins or security plugins) and see if this makes the wizard button appear.

If this does not help you fix the issue, please go ahead and open a ticket on our service desk via this process by creating a ticket with Inpsyde: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/how-to-request-support-via-widget-on-the-website/

My apologies again for all confusion on this thread.
    Kind regards,
    Joost
