I have purchased the api version for instagram, I have followed the exact steps of its help and the api does not work, it continuously asks me to confirm in instagram, but although I confirm the same error still appears.

I have sent the author the screenshots of the process and the errors and he does not answer me after I have paid.

I reported the theft to the police, and to Visa.

    Care is a robbery!

Could you please stop doing that? Nobody robbed you. Instagram is working perfectly fine.

All you need is to follow the instructions. I just got the same error yesterday when I was settings new site on the new IP. I actually was trying to answer this question: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/instagram-image-issue/#post-8946422

So I can confirm, its working.

    1. I clicked “Test post”, go the “[message] => checkpoint_required [error_type] => checkpoint_logged_out” error.
    2. I opened Instagram on my phone, logged out from my personal account, logged in to nxstest account I was trying to setup. it said “Suspicious Activity”, confirm with code from email.
    3. I checked email, got the code, entered it to the phone app. (I didn’t finish login and that was a mistake)
    4. I clicked “Test post” again, got the same error again.
    5. I looked at the phone and it was asking for the code again. I checked email, got the new code, entered it to the phone app again. This time I fully logged in to the phone app.
    6. I clicked “Test post” again and it was working fine.

I made 9 test posts after that. Please take a look. https://www.instagram.com/nxsdemo/

I am not sure what you did differently from the FAQ instructions, but please try to follow those steps. It works.

You know. Every word in our instructions is there for a reason.

If we say “Open Instagram App on your phone“, please open it on your phone. Your video clearly shows that you ignored that and you are trying to do something from another tab in your browser. Instagram Browser app is very limited. It can’t do what you need there.

I just went to your site. I did exactly what I described above. Guess what? It worked.

Here are the posts I just made from your site:
    https://www.instagram.com/p/BSAkSDpDpa1
    https://www.instagram.com/p/BSAtN5NDe_2

In my very first response to your email, I gave you instructions to do verification from your phone.
In my second response (this is a quote from my email):

Please don’t click any URLs. Please do what suggested in the FAQ. Please open Instagram on your phone and confirm the login. It’s the only way to fix this.

Yet, it looks like you ignored it again.

And of course we are scammers who robbed you. Nice.

That’s a little judgmental and more than a little over the top. I’m changing the topic title, that’s amazingly poor taste and please do not post topic titles like that again.

I reported the theft to the police, and to Visa.

Then there is nothing left to discuss and I am closing the topic. Despite this part from the original poster.
