The access to FTP and database

    Hello!
    In July I’ve created the website sporsfms.ru on WordPress platform. Now I want to make a backup of the site and to set another WordPress theme. But I don’t know how to login to FTP and have an access to the database. Help me please to get the access to my website.

    The FTP can be accessed by an FTP client like FileZilla or an equivalent.

    You should be given server details to login to FTP from your host, if you do not have them then I’d begin by contacting your host, providing your information and getting that login information.

    How can I contact with my hosting provider to know the login and password to access to FTP and database? I can’t find the link to write to WordPress hosting provider.
