    The customer service at DesignNBuy is just atrocious. Sales people are extremely aggressive and rude.

    Few of the 5 star ratings on here are Indian people with Indian IP addresses that are probably family or friends of the stakeholders of the business.

    The plugin itself is decent, far from the best… but it doesn’t matter if the customer service sucks. Usually the service is great BEFORE the sale and then diminish once they get your money, but these guys suck from the get go.

    If you need a simple plug and play solution, then Designo may work perfectly for you. But if you need any type of customization, you’ll rip your hair out trying to get these idiots to comprehend anything.
